Liana Dunlap

President – CEO

Liana Dunlap is the President and CEO of CoreSpace, a leading IT Hosting Provider that owns and operates their data center in Dallas, Texas. Founded in 2009, Liana’s thoughtful and strategic planning efforts and business initiatives have vaulted CoreSpace to being the Cloud Computing, Dedicated Server, and Colocation provider of choice for advancing SMBs and IT Solutions Providers across the country.

Before launching CoreSpace, Liana accumulated over 20 years of front-line IT experience in a variety of leadership roles with nationally-noted companies like Amgen, Disney and IBM. Many of these assignments included international consulting engagements and the implementation of large scale IT projects.

Currently, Liana’s passion for new technologies and strict adherence to Industry Best Practices is attracting new clients who appreciate her commitment to operating a State-of-the-Art data center and yet still offering affordable data center services. She focuses on delivering superior 24/7 client service as well as customizable hybrid technology solutions for her clients.

Liana is ITIL V3 certified, an ITIL Practitioner in Service Level Management, and a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE). She also holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Irvine and graduated with a M.B.A. from Pepperdine University Graziadio School of Business. However, her number one development project is raising her two children.

Mark Wulff

Chief Strategy Officer

Mark Wulff joined CoreSpace in 2009 as Director of Operations managing the Los Angeles Data Center. In 2012 Mark was promoted to Vice President of Operations and moved to Dallas, Texas to build out and run the new CoreSpace Data Center and headquarters.

Mark is now our Chief Strategy Officer creating shared alignment around our vision and leading the team on our ensuing change efforts. He is focused on CoreSpace company strategy, execution of strategic directives, product development and sales.

Prior to joining CoreSpace, Mark served at AT&T, MCI, WorldCom, Digix (now Verizon), and SpireLogix in various leadership positions.

Mark holds a BA Degree from the University of Dominguez Hills in Communications. In his spare time, you will find him on the court….playing basketball or volleyball.

Nic Giancola

IT Operations Manager

Nic brings over 23 years of experience working in the telecommunications industry to CoreSpace. As a Marine veteran, Nic has worked for the United States Military and other Government Agencies.

He also brings a wide breadth of experience working across several verticals such as IT service providers, financial Institutions, and consulting organizations. He has expertise working on large global enterprise networks specifically in with an expertise in Routing and Switching, Fiber-Optic Transport networks (SONET, DWDM), Network Based Security (Firewalls, IDS, IPS) and Traffic Management (Local and Geographic Load Balancing, CDN).

Robert Morgan

Facilities Manager – Master Electrician

Robert Morgan is new to CoreSpace as of 2017, however, several years ago he was a primary member of the original team that built-out what is now the CoreSpace Dallas data center.

Robert is a Master Electrician with over 20 years of experience within the electrical industry, as well specific data center power infrastructure experience. Today, Robert is our Facilities Manager and a critical member of the CoreSpace leadership team.

He is our go to guy to ensure that our facility provides 100% uptime to our clients and that all of our power, HVAC and physical security systems are working and compliant.

Before working at CoreSpace, Robert received his Master Electrical license from the State of Texas in 2001 and successfully ran his own electrical company.

When Robert is not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, visiting new places and watching movies.
